At Truth Archery, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Because of the nature of our business, all sales are final. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than products damaged in transit. Please double-check your order before confirming your purchase.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we are here to make it right. Please follow these steps:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.

2. Email the photos and your order number to us at trutharchery2024@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

After reviewing the claim, we will either send a replacement or consider another appropriate remedy at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Truth Archery is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery errors once the package has left our facility. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for issues related to delivery status.
