Shipping Policy for Truth Archery

Effective Date: April 30, 2025

At Truth Archery, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Under normal circumstances, all orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.  Please check with your Sales Rep for expected build and queue times.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method, typically ranging from 5–7 business days within the U.S.

  • We currently ship within U.S. and Canada.


Carriers

We ship using FedEx Only.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or customs (for international orders). If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  2. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at trutharchery2024@gmail.com.

  3. Include your order number and the photos.

We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
